Initial technical consultation terms
Simple rules for the paid 30-minute consultation. If anything is unclear, email geral@musas.pt before booking.
- Consultation
A 30-minute session about your IT/OT network, prepared using the answers you give when booking.
- Price
€60 + VAT at the applicable legal rate.
- Booking
Made through Cal.com. When booking, you answer 4 short questions (sector, size, problem, timeline).
The slot is only confirmed once payment is made.
- Payment
MB WAY, Multibanco or card.
- Invoice
A certified invoice (fatura certificada) is emailed after payment.
- Cancellation
Free cancellation, with a full refund, up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are not refunded.
- Rescheduling
You can reschedule the consultation once.
- Project credit
If you go ahead with a project with us, the consultation fee is credited against the quote.
- Privacy
This site uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools.
Booking and payment are processed by Cal.com and the payment provider. The data you send is used only to prepare the consultation and issue the invoice.
